my knowledge is very limited and ive only heard of things like omegabrite and omega 3…..my friend is sending me some great products thanks to her..i look forward to recieving them……but im just putting this outthere to see if theres anything else i could be taking or that i would greatly benefit from??

The best vitamins that I’ve ever found are by Standard Process. They’re all natural and easily absorbed/used by the human body.
Naturopathic doctors and chiropractors sell them. It’s not MLM. You have to be in the health field to sell them but you should look into them.
